We were engaged by a client who had built a very successful business over many years and was examining options for the future.

We worked through a high-level strategic review with him and identified the most attractive option was to expand the management team and create opportunities for partners to both buy in and earn in.

We created a strong value proposition reflecting the updated business plan and organisational aims, mapped the market and managed a search process identifying both individual investor candidates and potential merger partnerships.

When a suitable partner designate was identified, we created a structure that was attractive to the partner and affordable within the business. We produced the correct engagement structure and contracts, managed the negotiation process and created an effective on-boarding plan to support the new partner.
