We were engaged by a client who had built a very successful business over many years and was examining options for the future.

We worked through a high-level strategic review with him and identified the most attractive option was to expand the management team and create opportunities for partners to both buy in and earn in.

We created a strong value proposition reflecting the updated business plan and organisational aims, mapped the market and managed a search process identifying both individual candidates and potential merger partnerships.

When a suitable partner designate was identified, we created a remuneration structure that was attractive to the candidate and affordable within the business. We produced the correct employment structure and contracts, managed the offer process and created a 90-day plan to support the new hire.

The candidate has quickly made his mark on the business and continues to perform at a high level, allowing the client to reduce his involvment in day to day operations.
